Providing Thorough home inspections to the entire Kansas City Metro area
Take your home buying experience full circle with a comprehensive inspection from 360 Inspection
The Inspector scheduled me in with very short notice and did a very thorough job. I really appreciate that he coordinated with my realtor taking another to do item off my plate, and that he made himself available after the inspection for some questions I had ( on Sunday!). I Highly recommend 360 home inspections.

For Buyers: 360 Inspection understands how important it is to have the complete picture of the condition of potentially the largest asset you will ever purchase. For Sellers: Having your home inspected before placing it on the market is a wise way to avoid stressful surprises during the buyer’s inspection.

That’s right, with no training, anyone can charge for a home inspection. Not only is that bad for the home inspection industry, but also for YOU the consumer. Without proper training as a home inspector, the value of an inspection is very little. Too often a “handyman” or a trades contractor ( Plumber, Electrician, HVAC tech. Roofer, etc) will decide to become a home inspection with no other than the knowledge they have from their specific trade. Unfourtyunitly their lack of knowledge in regard to all of the other systems and components of a home, leaves you with an inspection that’s not worth much more than the piece of paper it’s probably written on.
